Fitness Options to Inspire a Grand Workout

With a multitude of options for exercising at the resort, the Fitness Center, located in the Spa Building, offers all the workout must-haves for amping personal performance, such as LifeFitness Weight Resistance Machines, Elliptical Trainers, Technogym Treadmills, Peloton Bicycles, Fit balls, and Free Weights, mats for stretching, plus an Indoor Pool. It’s the perfect place to keep up a regular regime, inspired by the view of our 36-slip marina and Mobile Bay. Complimentary water and fitness towels are provided.

Our Grand Fitness Center is accessible to guests by room key 24 hours daily. Full access to Spa facilities, including the dry sauna, steam room, and other amenities is included with the purchase of a spa service. 

All cardiovascular equipment features the Inspire™ Console 7-inch touch screen. This technology allows access to iPod® music and video and gives you control of the 17-inch attachable TV. All this entertainment is at your command as you manage your workout.
