Introducing Grand Hotel Strawberry Jam!
We begin with 1,000 pounds of strawberries, sourced from Fletcher’s Farm in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, to create this delicious jam. Fletcher’s Farm is family owned and operated since 1998.
We utilize about 50 gallons of strawberry jam in-house throughout the year on breakfast buffets, use in our restaurants and for other Grand Hotel seasonal recipes. Our pastry team makes all of the Grand’s jams and jellies in house on a regular basis. With strawberry and triple berry being the most popular of the in-house flavors, seasonally we have peaches and figs as well.
