BUCKY’S LOUNGE
The signature lounge celebrates the iconic Bucky Miller, a time-honored associate of the Grand Hotel. With a piano bar (Wednesday thru Sunday) beckoning inside, and fire pits to warm outside, guests pull up to some of the finest mixologies in the South, enhanced by an outstanding selection of rare whiskies, fine wines, and an excellent Southern Small Plates menu. Bucky’s is a non-smoking, adult environment. Bucky’s is a great outdoor venue to enjoy the sunset!

Bucky’s Firepit Reservations
Located on Bucky’s Lawn, our nine-bay view firepits are one of the resort's most desired settings to relax and unwind. To put your mind at ease and secure no-wait seating, four of our nine fire pits are now available for reservation. Amenities include five cushioned lounge chairs, gourmet chips and dip, bottled water, take-home leather coasters, a fleece blanket, and a dedicated service concierge. Bayview firepit reservations are a resort amenity offered to registered guests staying at the Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa and Members of the Lakewood Club only. Reservations are available two weeks prior to your desired date. If by 3 pm, the four rental fire pits have not been reserved, they will be opened up on a first-come, first-serve to our guests. No discounts apply to the rental fee, and all sales are final.

Enjoy one of the best places to watch a sunset along the Gulf Coast. Mobile Bay’s sunset is an experience of its own and a custom hand-crafted cocktail will only complement that experience. Participate in the daily ringing of the sunset bell 30 minutes before sunset, when we celebrate the end of the day and the beginning of the night. Our waterfront ambiance is enhanced with fire pits, sofa chairs, and cozy blankets to ensure the most comfortable atmosphere.

Introducing Grand Hotel Strawberry Jam!
We begin with 1,000 pounds of strawberries, sourced from Fletcher’s Farm in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, to create this delicious jam. Fletcher’s Farm is family owned and operated since 1998.
We utilize about 50 gallons of strawberry jam in-house throughout the year on breakfast buffets, use in our restaurants, and for other Grand Hotel seasonal recipes. Our pastry team regularly makes all of the Grand’s jams and jellies in-house. With strawberry and triple berry being the most popular in-house flavors, seasonally we have peaches and figs as well.
